Anything with a pop of color is hot this season. Matte lipstick in saturated hues of pinks, corals and deep berries is very on trend.
Leah from Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia asks: My lashes are so short and stubby. Is there any way to make them grow longer?
Lash serums have taken the beauty industry by storm. They’re simply applied at night and promise for fuller and longer lashes within a few months. A colleague of mine uses Latisse and I have really noticed a huge difference! However, if you want a more budget friendly solution opt for a great mascara that lengthens (I love Benefit’s Bad Gal for volume and length and stay away from any waterproof mascaras for everyday use. These tend to break down your lashes leaving you with less then you started with!

The best way to ensure a long lasting base is to use a primer based towards your skin type. I always keep Laura Mercier’s flawless face primer in my kit. I love that she has various options for all skin types. You can also finish off your makeup with a setting spray, Urban Decay’s all nighter is a great one.
Rashanda from Brooklyn, New York: I like wearing my fake lashes when I go out for a night on the town, What I don’t like is when the adhesive doesn’t hold to my eye lid half way through the night,What adhesive do you recommend?
Before applying lashes make sure you always let the glue sit for a minute or two until it gets tacky and the color starts to change. My go to lash glue is Duo.
