We’re talking about reciting and internalizing Affirmations. – Positive statements that are proven to improve a person’s overall thoughts of themselves. The issue people seem to run into is how the affirmations sound when said aloud.
Sometimes affirmations can come across as lame or corny. You end up laughing at yourself rather than believing and embodying the affirmation. In this video, we look at how you can create your own affirmations that align with YOU based on your limiting beliefs and personality type.
The more aligned you are with what you recite to yourself, the more it will inspire you and help you develop a better relationship with yourself!
