Love means to trust. It’s not an easy thing to do, putting all your trust in someone or something and hoping that they have your best interests at heart. Even when you reframe it and put it to yourself. Knowing that someone puts all their trust in you, can sometimes feel a little scary. You care for people and you don’t want to know that your actions may put you both in a situation.
Life, in general, is a gamble and always remember that whatever you put into the universe you will most likely receive. If you keep worrying that you’re going to let your partner or your family or friendships down? you’re giving in to a story that is non-existent vs. You love your partner or your family or friendships, you love and respect them so you already hold their trust like gold to you. You trust yourself to know that you will not let them down and they won’t let you down. This is defiantly something that takes time because we all fall off the wagon every now and again but we get back up and keep going because we know that Love and trust take work.
What about another take on the matter? One that is so personal to you specifically, because before you can even think about loving someone, trusting them and having them trust you; you have to show the actions to yourself. It’s very easy to give in to the story that people are laughing at you, making fun of you pursuing your dreams, but I ask you to unsubscribe from this way of thinking. You have to love and trust yourself to know what’s right for you. It’s your journey, no one else’s. Love yourself enough to keep going towards your dreams and trust yourself enough to know that you’re doing what’s right for you. Let’s give into the story that people are waiting to be inspired by your journey! When people read or hear what you have to say, they are inspired to move and make great things happen for themselves. You are FUEL for us all.
Trust the process and trust yourself. That’s the greatest way to embody self-love and to give/receive love.
