Morning Routine

Having a morning routine is so important for my mental health.

I wake up and do a 25 minute meditation, then a 30 minute Reiki session/meditation during the week. On weekends I do to an hour and a half meditation, along with a 30 minute Reiki session/meditation, then I Journal. Throughout the week, every time I meditate I follow up with journaling then a workout.

My morning routine really helps me to stay focused and keeps me grounded. It’s extremely important to my life. In one of our earlier videos titled: WE JOURNALED for AN ENTIRE YEAR And Here’s What Happened, we discuss our journaling journey. Give it a watch if you can.

Make sure to take care of yourself everyday. Your mental health should be your top priority and starting with it first thing in the morning can really make your day. It can prepare you, keep you sharp and focused.

There is so much more one could add to this but you get the drift.
