2020 was the year I decided to make some serious changes, even before the lockdown occurred. I started following mindful Instagram accounts, I began asking myself questions about why I thought the way I did. I became aware of mindset mastery and decided I was going all in to help myself. I signed up for courses and started developing a new daily routine that involved journaling daily, sometimes, 2 times a day.
