From their biodynamic, organic vineyard, Southbrook Vineyards creates fan favorite wines. Nestled 15 min out of the downtown Niagara-On-The-Lake city, Southbrook lives in harmony with nature. Pigs, sheep, and bees live amongst grape vines. The land is something to behold! Not only is the vineyard the first biodynamic vineyard, but the vineyard is constantly practicing innovative ways to stay clean while providing its famous brands of liquor, like this one. In 2008, Southbrook became the first wine estate in Canada to earn both organic and biodynamic certification for its vineyard and winery.

Working bees create tasty honey which you can pick up at the vineyard. Unfortunatly, due to the popularity of the honey, it was sold out the day we visited.

Solar Power. Again, the vineyard stands strong as a leader and innovator in wine estates.
