Original Penguin Media Preview On Queen St W

Original Penguin, 700 Queen St West, Toronto opened it’s doors to media outlets last week showing off fashionable men’s wear for the no nonsense guy who wants to dress naturally, fabulously!

The Queen Street location is the first Original Penguin store in Canada! The store offers casual, vintage-inspired clothing. We see many influences from preppy college men, to classic put-together gentlemen. Looking at the impact Original Penguin has made worldwide, it’s hard to believe that this store started as an underwear factory in Minnesota! Now, Original Penquin is a lifestyle brand offering everything a man (or woman) would want in their wardrobe without major hassle. The little penguin mascot, Pete, lines suits, watches, bags, belts, hats, shoes and more! We can expect ladies wear soon in Canada, but we had a great time looking through pieces, as we think many men’s pieces could be considered unisex. Just keep the sizing in mind! Guys will not feel overwhelmed shopping here. All the pieces are grouped and merchandised in a way to keep you focused on how to match, layer and create different outfits without much effort.
