TOMS Art of Giving Tour: One For One

Such a fabulous evening to give! TOMS is known for its innovation in not only business, but in helping those less fortunate. Traveler & Founder of TOMS, Blake Mycoskie found that children in the village of Argentina had no shoes. To help, he created a company that would match a pair of shoes purchased, with a new pair gifted to a child.  This company is so out of the box, you can’t help but want to support it. Now TOMS has crossed over into the art world, collaborating with local artists to interpret the meaning of giving using TOMS Shoes as their canvas, and auctioning off the creations in a silent auction.

There were 40 pairs of shoes used, with all proceeds going to TOMS One for One charity and Look Good Feel Better. The tour of Canada consisted of trips to Quebec and Vancouver with the last stop in Toronto. Jessica Gorlicky played host in her very own studio space to other local designers like Adam Cialini, Shay Brown, Fritz, Erin Holman, Adrian Wu, Christos Marcopoulos, Dario Duran and more! Cheeky Monkey Cosmetics was there with product, donating proceeds to the causes. See some images of our favorite creations!
