She’s Got The Look: Blake Lively on The Promo Journey

We are HUGE fans of action-drama films, so we were all about watching the promotional tour for the film Savages, featuring an all-star cast (John Travolta, Salma Hayek & Blake Lively). No surprises here, but Blake stole the show with her stellar choices in red carpet wardrobe! The new GUCCI girl went with color, well-tailored pieces that only made her figure more envious. Lady In Red

Blake took a clue from her well received red Balmain blazer on July’s Marie Claire cover. Casual, modest and chic in a red pant suit, Blake reminded us of the power of head-to-toe red! We also liked the rolled up sleeves and strappy black pumps. These little additions made the outfit youthful and funky.

Mellow Yellow

Sunny in yellow, Blake took to the promotional trail in a floor length gown by Gucci. First off, the fit is so perfect! A simple braid to the side and turquoise earrings make this one of our favorite summer red carpet looks this year!

An American Rose

Blake always looks lovely in white/beige thanks to a perfect sun-kissed tan. This lovely, well-tailored dress is actually a cream-rose color! The hardware on the collar is perfect for the girl who doesn’t have time to deal with matching accessories, and if the event calls for it, show off a plunging neck-line! Why not?
