MFL News: Fashion : House of Harlow Set For 2012
Not too long ago, Nicole Richie was only known for 2 things. Number one, being the adoptive daughter of hit maker, Lionel Richie and number 2, being the Bestie of a certain socialite and we’re not talking about KDash. My how time changes things….
Nicole is now a wife, mother, and a successful entrepreneur. Looking at her own fashion aesthetic, Richie has embraced the high-low fashion trend and we can’t help but LOVE what she is doing. Her latest venture with House of Harlow presents House of Harlow 1960 sunglasses, handbags, shoes and Winter Kate clothing. Richie, being a true fashion collector, makes us feel excited to see the full 2012 collection.
The new line, created in partnership with brand owner and manufacturer Majestic Mills, is comprised of approximately 14 pieces. “Handbags have always been a part of the equation since we first launched the House of Harlow 1960 Brand.” Nicole said about the line. “The collection is quite small in terms of the styles we are launching with. I wanted to make sure that each piece is special and then be able to grow it slowly and organically season after season.”
If there is one thing Nicole Richie has taught young entrepreneurs, take things slow and steady. Start small and grow. Here are some images of what to expect from House of Harlow next year!
