Nothing beats the smell of a bar of soap! Especially when it’s handmade with care. When we entered into Crown Flora Studio on Queen St. West, it was nothing but sweet smells and lovely displays by bath and body company Dot & Lil! Scents of Grapefruit, Lemongrass, Rosemary and Lavender filled the room. President and Creative Director, Anne Dardick was present to welcome us and explain her vision for the brand which was is so modern, yet so old world, incorporating natural products with funky style. The packaging alone will win you over and inspire you to renovate your entire lifestyle and bathroom. See what we mean by taking a look at these photos!

Above: What a great gift idea! making its official debut this season, Dot & Lil present the Tea Cup Candle. Each unscented candle is poured into a vintage china teacup, with a matching saucer. This would be a perfect addition for the tea party afternoons on the summer patio. Below: Mint Shaving Soap. I couldn’t get over how cute the mustache is.
Pretty packaging! The bath salts and milk baths are presented in old fashioned bottles! What a great why to dress up your bathroom and later on, after the salts are finished, you have a bottle to add to a shelf for shabby chic decor!
This season, Dot & Lil introduced a new Shea Body Butter scent! Lilac & Shea body butter smells amazing! One of my favorites.
Sure the Soap bars look great! Good enough to eat (although you can’t eat it, but it wouldn’t hurt you if you did). One of the major advantages of buying natural is the safety to your skin and body.
