The Darkness: They’re Back

After seven years in limbo, the British Glam-Rock rockers, The Darkness, announced a new album release for August 21, 2012. The Darkness came on the music scene in colorful tights and long hair, reminiscent to the rock bands of the 1970s. The hit song was 2003’s I Believe In A Thing Called Love where lead vocalist, Justin Hawkins, amazed fans with his soprano voice that couldn’t be ignored. After a decline, rehab for a lead singer and years of performing under different names, The Darkenss is picking up where they left off with their classic rock influenced music.
